At Évolenne, we value the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. However, if you receive a damaged item, you may request a return within the period stated below.

🕒 Return Period

Customers have up to 15 days after receiving the order to request a return.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

📦 Return Conditions

Returns are only accepted for products that arrive damaged.
To qualify for a return, customers must:

  • Notify Évolenne via email at info@evolenne.net within 15 days of delivery;

  • Include clear photos showing the damage;

  • Return the product in its original packaging, with all accessories included and no signs of use.

💰 Refunds

Once the damage is confirmed, a full refund of the product price will be issued.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within a maximum of 10 business days after approval.

🚫 Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind, size, color, or model;

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper storage;

  • Products returned after the 15-day period.
